Well, day 2 of insanity almost didn't happen because my quads were hurt....in units. So I texted Meryl and said "we are supposed to be on a fairly strict meal plan and its overwhelming to figure that out and this is insane!! are we sure we can do this" Meryl said we will do this, we aren't quitting now! So I told her I would go pre stretch and massage my quads to prepare.
Lesson 2 was plyometric cardio circuit and man was I tired and sweating like never before. Meryl said in this 35 mins she sweat more than running on the treadmill for an hour.
But we got through it, didn't feel as sick and we are pumped to be doing it together.
