Day 6
Whoops forgot to blog yesterday... Well as if yesterday we completed a full week of the program. I started to think? Have I gotten stronger? Has it gotten easier? Am I noticing a difference? Well.... I know I'm not as sore the next day as I was after the first couple if work outs... But that could just mean i'm stretching better! Which is great.. Hmmm as for easier - heck no! It's still exhausting, but I gotta beleive that we're getting somewhere....
