Today it came! Way faster than we expected...
So we broke open the box, dusted off our runners and posted up the wall calendar. The first workout was a 25 minute 'fit test'. I didn't know what quite to expect... But WOW I was sweating, huffing and puffing within 5 minutes, no joke. Note to self: do not eat pizza before workout. By the last 2 minutes my legs were like jelly. Then once stretching was over I really thought I was going to throw up.... But couldn't because my husband was hovering over the toilet almost puking for about 15 minutes... Then he came and laid down on the floor and hadabout a 10 minute muscle spasm in his calf... Lol, quite the first fit test!
So that was day one... It's gotta get better from here right? Well actually.., I have a feeling it won't. But we'll get through it! And we'll hopefully be buff too!
