This morning we did Day 4: it was called Cardio Recovery... a slower paced workout that focused more on breathing, balance and working the whole muscle... so going deeper into moves... it was hard! it was nice that it was slower, but my oh my it was tough... This evening we'll do Day 5, i'll let you know how it goes!

Day 4
So yesterday I went ziplining in Whistler with some friends! It was AMAZING...

but by the time we got home it was way to late to have a date with Shawn T. So today we doing double duty. This morning we did Day 4: it was called Cardio Recovery... a slower paced workout that focused more on breathing, balance and working the whole muscle... so going deeper into moves... it was hard! it was nice that it was slower, but my oh my it was tough... This evening we'll do Day 5, i'll let you know how it goes!
